DefineCoSinePair

DefineCoSinePair[cos,sin]

defines a set of couplings to behave as though they are cosine and sine functions of the same angle.

Details and Options

  • Defines two couplings based on the input symbols cos and sin. These are real real, non-negative couplings assumed to be the cosine and sine of the same angle (cos(θ) and sin(θ), respectively).
  • Coupling expressions with cos and sin simplify using cos2+sin2=1 in functions like ToBrokenPhase and ImplementVacuumConditions.
