Functionalities of Matchete

While the core functionality (see the sketch below) of Matchete concerns the definitions of arbitrary BSM theories and EFTs, integrating out heavy particles, and simplifying redundant operators, it provides a versatile platform for manipulating Lagrangians. Building upon this various functionalities have been included so far, including:

• Model definitions;
• Matching;
• Operator reduction;
• Symmetry breaking;
• Dimensional reduction;
• Output/interfaces:
  • Mapping to EFT bases;
  • Wilson coefficient exchange format (WCxf) interface;
  • Feynman rules;
  • Universal Feynman Output (UFO) interface.
