Output and interfaces
Once a matching computation is complete, Matchete provides several ways to export or interface the results with external tools. The available options are summarised below.
Mapping to EFT bases
Projects the matched EFT Lagrangian onto a user-specified operator basis (e.g., the Warsaw basis of the SMEFT). The result is a list of matching conditions $C_i = f(\text{UV parameters})$.
Wilson coefficient exchange format (WCxf)
Exports numerical matching predictions as WCxf-compliant JSON files, directly readable by packages such as flavio and wilson. Requires a parameter card specifying the numerical values of all model parameters.
Feynman rules
Derives momentum-space Feynman rules from any Matchete Lagrangian. Useful for analytical cross-checks or as a preparatory step for the UFO export.
Universal Feynman Output (UFO)
Generates a UFO model directory from a Lagrangian, providing a direct interface to Monte Carlo event generators such as MadGraph5_aMC@NLO. Supports both renormalizable and higher-dimensional EFT Lagrangians.
